WARM UP AND DYNAMIC STRETCHING
In this stage, we are going to loosen your joints and get your muscles warmed up by stretching in motion. This will promote blood flow to your joints and muscles and will prime your nervous system for action.
TECHNIQUE AND STRENGTH FOCUS
Next, we will start off slow, coaching you on technique and functional strength. The focus here is to ensure that you are performing the exercises flawlessly and with excellent form to ensure that you are safe and feel confident about the movements. As we move further along we will slowly increase our intensity as we perform repetitions to build strength and functional capacity.
CARDIOVASCULAR AND INTERVAL TRAINING
The tempo of our workout will increase as we focus on cardiovascular circuits to burn fat and boost your body’s metabolism working out as many muscle fibers per unit of time.
ABDOMINALS AND COOL DOWN
Once we have reached the peak of your cardiovascular capacity, we will begin to slow the tempo down as we move into abdominal exercises and stretching to ensure an effective cool down.
